Returns of Stock Merchandise
Stock items purchased from Seller are eligible for return, freight prepaid, providing the item is a current catalog item and the integrity of product and packaging are intact. Returns must be within thirty (30) days of invoicing. A twenty (25%) re-stocking fee will be applied to all stock item returns. Made-to-order, custom, and special-order materials may not be returned for credit.
How to Return Stock Merchandise
To return Stock Merchandise, please contact Seller by email sales@ChartRecorderStore-USA.com to request a return (RA) Number. Please provide Buyer’s company name and location along with the item number, order number, invoice number, or purchase order number and reason for the return. Seller’s Returns Department will make commercially reasonable efforts to contact Buyer within five (5) business days to provide an RA number and shipping instructions for the return. Credit for the amount paid by Buyer, if forthcoming, will be issued following Seller’s receipt and inspection of the returned Stock Merchandise, in Seller’s sole discretion. RAs are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from date of issuance. Denials, extensions, or order cancellations are at the sole discretion of Seller. The receipt of an RA number from Seller does not guarantee a return of Stock Merchandise will be permitted nor does it guarantee a credit will be provided.
Returns of Defective or Incorrect Product
Non-conforming product must be reported within 30 days of invoicing. All non-conforming product must be returned to Chart Recorder Store-USA, unless otherwise instructed, prior to issue of account credit.
Incorrect product received as the result of a shipping discrepancy must be returned to Chart Recorder Store-UDA unless otherwise instructed, prior to issue of account credit.
To return Merchandise, please contact Seller by email sales@ChartRecorderStore-USA.com to request a return (RA) Number. Please provide Buyer’s company name and location along with the item number, order number, invoice number, or purchase order number and reason for the return.
Returned Product is Subject To Inspection:
All returned product must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition, and all product returns are subject to inspection upon receipt, prior to the issue of credit.
